📹 Unboxing Video Requirement

It is mandatory to record a proper unboxing video while opening your parcel.

If you receive a *damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it after reviewing the unboxing video.
Without a clear unboxing video, we will not be able to accept any return or exchange request.

⚠️ No Video = No Claim Policy

If the parcel is opened without recording a video, any complaint regarding damage or missing items will not be accepted due to lack of proof.
